What we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash.
• Optional demographics: age range, gender, pronouns, home language, province, interests — used only in aggregate for diversity and impact reporting.
• Business linkage: ESD partner tokens you choose to add for companies you own.

Why we collect it

• To onboard and credential volunteers, partners and SMEs.
• To match opportunities to volunteers.
• To report on transformation, B-BBEE and socio-economic impact.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your profile data at any time. Email requests to deletion go via the Contact page.

Sharing

We share data only with appointed LOC partners and systems of record (ESD, ERP, banking, broadcasters) on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the tournament programme plus statutory retention periods (typically 5 years for financial and B-BBEE records).
