Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on the GO MZANSI Portal ("Portal") you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Volunteer status

All users begin as volunteers. Volunteering is an unpaid commitment to support the safe, hospitable and entertaining delivery of the 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup in South Africa. Volunteer status does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship.

3. Conduct

You agree to act lawfully, treat fellow users, fans and staff with respect, follow tournament safety protocols, and refrain from posting harmful, discriminatory or misleading content.

4. Verification & promotion

Promotion to Partner or SME roles requires verification, training and acceptance by the Local Organising Committee or its appointed partners. Background checks may apply for match-day, security or finance-adjacent roles.

5. Data & POPIA

The Portal processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. Optional demographic data is used in aggregate for diversity and impact reporting and is never sold.

6. Third-party systems

The Portal links to systems of record (ESD platforms, ERP/RFQ tools, banking and broadcaster systems). Use of those systems is governed by their own terms.

7. Liability

The Portal is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Local Organising Committee and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal.

8. Changes

We may update these terms ahead of tournament milestones. Material changes will be notified in-portal.
